Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Local Review Booster service provided by Webpush Digital Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By subscribing to our services, clicking ‘Activate’, or using the platform, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Definitions

2. Description of Services
Local Review Booster provides a Done-For-You reputation management service. We do not simply provide software; we build and manage the automations that drive reviews for your business. This includes:
- Custom Make.com workflow builds to connect your CRM/POS to our engine.
- Automated SMS and Email review solicitations.
- AI-powered review response suggestions.
- Review “Routing” (directing happy customers to public sites and unhappy ones to private feedback).
- Social Proof Image generation for sharing reviews on social media.
3. Subscriptions & Usage Tiers
Your service level is determined by your chosen plan:
- Starter ($149/mo): Up to 50 Review Requests per month.
- Growth ($229/mo): Up to 100 Review Requests per month.
- Pro ($329/mo): Up to 300 Review Requests per month.
Unused request credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle. If you exceed your monthly limit, requests will pause until the next cycle unless you opt for a one-time credit top-up or tier upgrade.
4. Onboarding & Setup
4.1 Activation Fee
The Activation Fee (where applicable) covers the technical labour of building your unique automation scenarios. This fee is non-refundable once the build process has commenced.
4.2 Customer Cooperation
To provide the “Done-For-You” service, you must provide necessary API access or login credentials for your CRM/POS system. Delays in providing access do not pause the billing cycle.
5. Billing & Cancellation
5.1 Rolling Agreement: This is a monthly rolling agreement. You are billed in advance every 30 days.
5.2 Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via [email protected]. Notice must be received at least 30 days before your next billing date. No pro-rata refunds are provided for partial months.

7. Intellectual Property
The automation logic, custom Make.com scenarios, and proprietary “Review Routing” workflows built by us remain the property of Webpush Digital Ltd. Upon termination, you lose access to these managed workflows.
8. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee a specific number of new reviews or a specific star rating increase. We are not liable for any account suspensions on third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.) resulting from your use of the service or the nature of customer feedback.
